Equipment Services, Inc. has been a part of the East Texas Community for twenty-six years. Our five thousand (5000) sq. ft. facility in Tyler, Texas and our twenty five thousand (25,000) sq. ft. operation in Longview, Texas are totally dedicated to servicing the material handling, industrial and agricultrual equipment needs of our over two thousand (2000) East Texas customers.

Our Service Department utilizes sixteen (16) radio dispatched field service trucks that are stocked with the most commonly needed parts and can usually respond to your call within two (2) hours or less. A complete full service shop, (12,000 sq. ft.) located in Longview is capable of performing any necessary repair that a forklift might require.

An in-house computer helps us manage our replacement parts inventory which is currently valued at just over $500,000.00. We are presently providing our customers with an "off-the shelf" availability of 86%. Our OEM Parts Distribution Systems are currently providing their dealers with an availability of 95% within 24 hours.

A rental fleet composed of seventy-two (72) units is available for back-up support in peak cycles and can be rented at preferential rates by the day, week, month or longer if required.

A field Customer Service Representative is assigned to each and every account. His mission is to insure your complete satisfaction with all phases of equipment installation, maintenance and use.

Operator and maintenance training is provided by our resident Clark Certified Trainer, Mr. Doug Whittle. Such training can be conducted at your location or could be held in our training facilities in Longview where we presently conduct scheduled monthly sessions for our customers.

Equipment Services, Inc. represents the most complete material handling product line in the area, including Clark, Mitsubishi, Daewoo, Linde/Baker, Drexel Swing Mast, JCB Rough Terrain and BT/Prime Mover. In addition, ESI is an authorized distributor of KW Powersource industrial batteries and chargers.

Over the past few years, we have also added some industry leading warehouse product lines such as: Lyon Shelving & Metal Products, Strato-Lift Scissor Lifts, Blue Giant & Rol-Lift Pallet Jacks & Stackers and Kelley Dock Equipment.
